New Ingredients from France, Produits de la France !

On Cyndee Desser’s recent trip to Paris, she stopped at Le Bon Marché and came back with:

Salade de fleurs

Confit au Romarin de Provence

Rose Butons

Herbes de Provence

Confit à la Lavande de Provence

Sel de Camargue à la Truffle

Confit de Cerise au Thym

Bouquet Garni (pour poissons)

Keep checking back on my blog in to see how I will incorporate these amazing ingredients to my cooking!

    Hey, Tasha,
All sounds fantastic! Food is our First Medicine as we say in the nutrition world! So glad you’re doing what you love! I can relate 100%. What is that zen mantra? Something like, “She who does what she loves knows no boundaries between work and play”? Sommmmmething like that!!
    Enjoy!
