Making French Fruit Tartes with Chef Guillard

1. Make the Pâte Sucrée and roll it out and blind bake it.
2. Add the Crème Pâtissière 3. Working in a bullseye pattern, arrange the fruit (cut in 1/4 slices) around the top of the tarte.
4. Glaze with a nappage!
ET VOILA!
