Mushroom Tarts from La Fenière/ Tartelettes aux Champignons


One of my fond memories from La Fenière is making very meticulous mushroom tarts.  Sous Chef Stephane taught us how to “build” the tarts with sauteed mushrooms piled high on la pâte brisée.  Un de mes bons souvenirs fait tartelettes aux champignons très méticuleux à La Feniere. Sous Chef Stéphane nous a appris à «construire» les tartelettes avec champignons sautés empilés sur la pâte brisée.Image
