Here is the Menu de la Maison menu from La Petite Maison,
a Michelin starred jewel located in Cucuron in La Provence.
Our menu for November 7th:

Amuse Bouche: Purée de courge butternut
Soupe cremeuse de lentilles vertes du Puy
Brandade douce de haddock
Coeur de filet de boeuf “à la ficelle”
Bouquet de legumes d’hiver cuits dans le bouillon
Un grand classique de La Petite Maison:
Profiteroles aux pommes, sorbet poire, sauce caramel pour nappper
Mignardises:  Panna cotta à la confiture de coing

Amuse Bouche: Butternut Squash Purée
Creamy soup with green lentils
Fresh haddock brandade
Heart of beef tenderloin “on the string”
Bouquet of winter vegetables cooked in broth
A classic from La Petite Maison:
Apple Profiteroles, pear sorbet, salted butter caramel sauce
Sweets:  Panna Cotta with quince marmalade
