DVG created mini layered desserts today (Café Gourmand, anyone?) for an online magazine. Food Creation and Styling by Denise Vivaldo Group. Chocolate Mousse, Mango Panna Cota, Roasted Pear & Figs with Marscapone Cream, Strawberry Mousse, Raspberry Parfait, Lemon Chiffon Pie. My experiences working in France came in handy today!
