Looking for a unique Provençal adventure?

 

Experience a traditional French olive harvest as it has been done for centuries — organically and by hand!

 

We’ll pick olives in the autumn sun, then enjoy a hearty Provençal lunch with local wine. Contact us for details or to reserve for the November 2014 event at Les Pastras.

10:00 – 1:00 Picking olives by hand in the autumn sun

1:00 – 3:00 Hearty Provençal lunch with all you care to drink of local wine

 

3:00  – 5:00 Afternoon olive-picking

5:00 Celebratory Champagne apéritif

Daube de boeuf, a traditional Provençal recipe for

Saffron potatoes au gratin and ratatouille
